Flowra terms

Clear operating terms for a clinic product still in development.

ERA Global Solutions FZ-LLC owns and operates Flowra. These terms cover the private demo and any pilot access unless a signed clinic agreement says otherwise.

Effective 5 August 2026Version 1.3 · UAE and EgyptContact: [email protected]

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms are between ERA Global Solutions FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company licensed by Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) under Services Licence No. 47016643 (“ERA”), and the person or organization accessing Flowra. Flowra is an ERA-owned product.

Flowra is offered for authorized business use by clinics, clinic personnel, contracted partners, and approved reviewers. By accessing Flowra for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you use Flowra only as a Meta reviewer, your access is limited to evaluation of the submitted use cases.

2. The service

Flowra is a clinic operations product for booking, reminders, patient conversations, appointment response, and reception-controlled waitlist workflows. Features marked as concepts, previews, roadmap, or in development are not production commitments.

Clinic access, onboarding scope, permitted territories, hosting location, pricing, support, service levels, data processing, and healthcare requirements must be governed by a separate written clinic or pilot agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these public terms.

3. Accounts and authorized use

  • Keep account credentials confidential and use individual user access where available.
  • Provide accurate workspace and WhatsApp Business information.
  • Use Flowra only for lawful clinic operations and messages recipients expect to receive.
  • Do not probe, disrupt, copy, resell, or bypass product or platform security.
  • Tell Flowra promptly about suspected unauthorized access or credential exposure.

4. WhatsApp Business Platform use

A clinic that connects WhatsApp authorizes ERA, through Flowra, to access the specific WhatsApp Business assets and permissions selected during Meta Embedded Signup. The clinic remains responsible for its business information, message recipients, approved templates, payment method, opt-ins, and compliance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business terms and messaging policies.

Flowra requests only the permissions needed to send clinic messages and manage WhatsApp business assets. A clinic can remove the integration through Flowra support or its Meta business settings.

Utility messages

Appointment confirmations, reminders related to an existing booking, requested rescheduling, and necessary service messages must remain utility communications and must not contain unrelated promotions.

Marketing messages in the UAE

Before sending promotional WhatsApp or social-media messages to UAE consumers, the clinic must confirm that it and the campaign comply with Cabinet Resolution No. 56 of 2024 and any competent-authority requirements. This includes any required approval for phone marketing activity, consumer request or prior consent, use of an eligible company-registered local number, DNCR controls, sender and purpose identification, permitted contact times, opt-outs, records, and applicable limits on repeat contact. Flowra may suspend a campaign that lacks documented authority.

Marketing messages in Egypt

Before sending promotional electronic messages to people in Egypt, the clinic must confirm compliance with Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020 on the Protection of Personal Data. That law requires prior consent from the recipient, clear identification of the originator and sender, a valid and accessible sender address, an explicit statement that the message is for direct marketing, and clear and easily accessible means to opt out or withdraw consent. The sender must not disclose a recipient’s contact details and must keep electronic records of consent or non-objection for three years from the date of the last message sent. Flowra may suspend a campaign that lacks documented consent or records.

Appointment confirmations, reminders tied to an existing booking, requested rescheduling, and necessary service messages are utility communications and are not direct marketing.

5. Data and privacy

Each clinic is responsible for having a lawful basis, giving appropriate notices, honoring data-subject rights, and providing only information permitted for the agreed Flowra workflow. ERA handles information as described in the privacy notice, the clinic agreement, and any signed data-processing terms.

Flowra’s current appointment-operations scope is not an electronic medical record. A clinic must not add diagnoses, medical images, laboratory results, or detailed clinical notes unless ERA has approved the relevant data residency, security, contractual, and health-authority requirements.

Before a UAE healthcare customer processes regulated health data, the parties must document compliance with Federal Law No. 2 of 2019, the relevant UAE health authority’s standards, and any applicable localization or transfer requirements. Do not send medical records or sensitive clinical details to the first-line support email.

6. Availability and changes

Flowra may change, suspend, or discontinue demo and pre-release functionality. Flowra will use reasonable care in operating any signed pilot, but the private demo is provided for evaluation and may contain incomplete functionality.

No clinical advice: Flowra organizes communications and appointment operations. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice and must not be used for emergencies.

7. Ownership and feedback

ERA and its licensors own Flowra, including its product interface, software, brand assets, and documentation. Clinics retain their rights in their data and clinic brand materials. Feedback may be used to improve Flowra without an obligation to pay for it, but patient-identifiable information must not be included in general feedback.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the private demo is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular clinical workflow, or guaranteed message delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any production liability allocation must be stated in the signed clinic agreement.

9. Suspension and ending access

ERA may suspend Flowra access that threatens patients, the service, another organization, Meta platform compliance, privacy rights, healthcare requirements, or UAE communications rules. A clinic may stop using the service subject to its signed agreement. On termination, access is removed and information is retained or deleted under the privacy notice and applicable clinic instructions.

10. Governing law

These terms and non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the UAE unless a signed agreement specifies a valid free-zone, emirate, arbitration, or other jurisdiction clause.

Mandatory consumer, data-protection, healthcare, telecommunications, and recipient-country rules remain applicable where they cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, a clinic operating in Egypt and its patients remain protected by Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020 on the Protection of Personal Data and other mandatory Egyptian rules, and this governing-law clause does not reduce that protection. Egyptian Economic Courts have jurisdiction over offences under that law.

11. Contact and changes

ERA may update these terms as Flowra and applicable requirements develop. The effective date will change when an update is published.
